make follow-up calls to ensure a problem was fixed, vendor
support for at least thirty days of free support and some
alternative to the phone, a CompuServe forum, an Internet
site or E-mail, a fax service, and a private BBS. Some offer
a toll-free support line, a money-back guarantee, and support
hours that included ten per weekday or weekends.
